As Director of Supply Chain at ALTIVIA, Paul Fangman oversees supply chain, logistics, and procurement across all business lines. Leveraging his extensive process industry experience, including twelve years at ExxonMobil, Mr. Fangman is an accomplished project and supply chain manager. His expertise lies in improving processes and systems to achieve execution excellence across international supply chains, manufacturing facilities, suppliers and service providers, and at ALTIVIA headquarters in Houston.
Since joining ALTIVIA, he has been instrumental in delivering digital initiatives to unleash the full potential of the end-to-end supply chain, and key process modeling and refinement. Mr. Fangman also takes pride in developing personnel and teams, and providing strategic supply chain leadership.
Mr. Fangman trained as an engineer at Kansas State University, and has a broad career background in operations management and business planning.
