Houston – (September 30, 2021) – ALTIVIA announced today that it has sold its water treatment chemical business to USALCO, LLC (“USALCO”), a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”).

ALTIVIA’s water treatment business includes ferric and ferrous sulfate production facilities located in Houston, Texas.
